A COA proves a test occurred.
TrueProof proves what happened next.
A legitimate certificate of analysis confirms that a sample was tested and what the results were. It does not confirm that the physical inventory being sold today came from that tested batch.
TrueProof binds the certificate to a specific batch, a specific recorded quantity and a continuous record of who has held that inventory since — so a valid document can no longer be attached to product it never described.

01 — Associated Testing
Multiple laboratory results. One continuous batch record.
A TrueProof batch can contain multiple COAs from different laboratories. Additional testing can be added throughout the documented life of the batch without replacing earlier results.
Each COA remains associated with the laboratory, test date, results and batch it represents. TrueProof fingerprints every document, so any later copy can be checked against the one on record.
New testing adds to the record. It does not erase the testing history.

Every batch begins with a recorded quantity. Ownership transfers draw down from that balance, and the ledger has to reconcile at every step.
If a batch was recorded at 10,000 units, no more than 10,000 units can ever be presented as verified — regardless of how many hands the product passes through.
